Originating from the West Coast of the South Island of New Zealand, Monteith’s has been crafting its family of fine beers since 1868, staying true to the authentic process and recipes of the classic beer styles it re-creates.

Export Gold Beer

Export Gold is the perfect refreshment for classic Kiwi drinking occasions thanks to its easy-drinking flavour profile. True to its name, this 4% alcohol beer has won several gold medals at the International Brewing Awards in the U.K. This golden lager is of moderate strength and is characterized by having a pleasant, slightly fruity flavour that is balanced by delicate hop characteristics and a crisp bitterness in the finish.
